Rare Disease Roadmap

Actified were engaged to design the Rare Disease Roadmap, a microsite that turns a detailed policy report into a public campaign. The roadmap sets out a ten point plan asking the Australian Government to improve health equity for the two million Australians living with a rare disease.

The challenge was taking a dense, research heavy document and making it land with policymakers, healthcare professionals and advocacy groups, mixing the statistics with the real stories of people living with these conditions.
